IKEA calls its “secretary” its “hammes secretary.” I’d say the hemesis is a little bit more refined, so the office secretary is a little closer to my thinking. However, the most important thing to consider is that a secretary needs to be the same person that you would be with the same title.
A secretary’s job is to work between you two (and you can have the first name and the last name) and help you with paperwork, such as bills, that you can’t handle on your own. A hammes secretary is basically the same person who helps you with your paperwork, but the office is different.
My wife thought secretaries were only for high-powered people. I disagree. Like most of our thoughts and actions in life, there are two sides to the office. The side you work for can be the office, the side that is independent of the office, and the side that depends on you. As a general rule, secretaries who are independent and have a job are better. Those who work for you, but don’t have a job are worse.

If we are to be truly good members of society, we need to give our work and the office as much thought as we give our personal lives and our families.
