When I was growing up, my mom was a chef, so I knew that if I made a great dinner, I could always cook something great. At first I would just go out and make a meal, but I would get stressed out over the food. I would just sit there and wait for the steak to come out, and I would just go back to work and make a dinner.

I think some people think that by making the steak with chicken or pork, it makes them more comfortable, so I just ate it.
