I am very fortunate to have been born in Ireland, a country where I feel very at home. I love its traditions and culture, its language and history, its food and wine, and above all, the people. I love the way the Irish people are friendly and welcoming to everyone. Their food is very sophisticated, but they do have a great ability to cook. I absolutely love meeting the locals, talking with them at their homes, and walking around Dublin.
