One of my favorite workouts for the entire body is the basement beast workout. I can’t recommend this one enough. As long as you have a gym membership and a personal trainer, there is nothing like this workout.
The first time I tried the basement beast workout, I was a little unsure about what I was doing. I wasn’t sure what I was doing, or why I was doing it, but I was pretty sure that it wasn’t for exercise. But then I decided that even if it wasn’t exercise, it was an important part of the workout. It was great for building biceps and abs on the fly.

The workout is quite simple. Every day you take a load of cardio, some strength training exercises, and then a load of cardio, some strength training exercises, and then some cardio. And every time you take a load of cardio, you alternate that load with a load of strength training. So you would typically do one set of cardio, two sets of strength training, and then another set of cardio.
You would have a great time if you were an exercise freak. If you aren’t, you’re likely to find that the workout is actually boring. In that case, try a different type of workout. For example, if you do cardio on the treadmill, you might do it in the evening, and then do some strength training.
